Drake and Nicki Minaj both picked up an award at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Nicki won in the category “Best Female Video” for her single “Starships” and Drake won the in the category “Best Hip-Hop Video” for his single with Lil Wayne, “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)“.
